Before you pay — please read
- •Your enquiry was free. This quote is the individual price we have agreed for your website, plus your monthly hosting and maintenance service.
- •The one-off website setup payment is taken today. The monthly hosting and maintenance charge then renews automatically each month until you cancel.
- •Once you ask us to start work, the setup payment becomes non-refundable so far as UK law allows. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- •You can cancel your monthly service at any time from your order page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for.
- •Your managed website service, including hosting and maintenance, depends on the monthly subscription staying active. If payments fail or the subscription ends, the service — and your live website — may be suspended or taken offline.
- •Your website price covers the work we have quoted. Extra pages or features are quoted separately and agreed with you first.
- •You confirm you have the right to use any text, images or logos you send us.
Submitting an enquiry is completely free and places you under no obligation to buy anything. We review what you need and send you an individual quote for your project.
Your quote shows two amounts: a one-time website setup price and a recurring monthly hosting and maintenance price. Both are shown clearly on your order page before you pay anything. By ticking the confirmation box and completing checkout, you agree to both charges.
The monthly hosting and maintenance subscription renews automatically each month until it is cancelled or terminated in accordance with these terms. You can manage or cancel it yourself at any time using the “Manage subscription” button on your order page.
Unless we agree otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the monthly period you have already paid for. Your service stays active until that date, and you are not charged again after it. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund periods already used.
Your ongoing managed website service — including hosting, updates, backups and maintenance — depends on the monthly subscription remaining active. If a monthly payment fails, or the subscription is cancelled or ends, we may suspend or end the managed service in accordance with these terms, and your website may become unavailable. We will usually contact you before taking a website offline, and we can provide a copy of your website content on request.
Once you have expressly asked us to begin work, the one-time website setup payment is intended to be non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable UK law. Nothing in these terms removes or limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights where a service is not carried out with reasonable care and skill.
You will receive a private preview link to review and test your website. Agreed changes are made before launch, and the website then goes live on your domain.
Domain names are your responsibility. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, you pay for and own your domain name and any renewal costs. Hosting is included for as long as your monthly subscription is active.
You are responsible for providing accurate content and for making sure you have the right to use any text, images or logos you supply. Ownership of the finished website design passes to you once the one-time setup payment has been made in full.
If a project stalls because we are waiting on content, feedback or payment from you for more than 30 days, we may pause the project, and a restart fee may apply to resume work.
If something goes wrong, please contact us first so we can put it right. Complaints can be sent to daltonmidd.business@gmail.com and we aim to respond within 5 working days.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
